Leigh Ann Panas

In my role within Strategic Wealth Advisory Group’s Employee and Group Benefit Insurance Division, I am dedicated to helping business owners support their employees by providing resources to understand and maximize their benefit programs. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits, I bring a comprehensive perspective from both the employer and carrier sides of the industry.

I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Silberman College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and hold a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I am a senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society of Human Resource Management and am licensed in Life, Health, and Accident, Property, and Casualty.

I reside in Readington, NJ, with my husband, Matthew, and our three sons, Matthew, Clark, and Stephen. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, watching my kids' sports, skiing, and celebrating the holidays with family.
